Georgia Entertainment Credits, LLC (GEC) was organized by two of the principal architects of the 2008 Georgia Entertainment Industry Investment Act (HB1100 or The Act, plus 2012 changes per HB1027), and the Georgia Department of Economic Development’s Year 2020 Entertainment Business Plan, which includes the core media industries of Film, Television, Commercials, Music Videos and Digital Entertainment. 

As a result, the GEC has a unique understanding of the local political, economic and tax climate, plus it is the only Georgia entertainment tax credit brokerage and consulting company with real-world production experience to go with its statewide buyer network.
